Corina P. Irvin is the Principal and Founder of Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group. She started the company in 2019 after spending eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Corina has closed and consulted on over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Corina specializes in helping clients lease or purchase office space that aligns with their unique branding, operational, and financial needs. Prior to starting Peninsula CRE Group and joining the C&W Los Angeles office, Corina spent several years with C&W in New York City. Corina partnered with Vice Chairman(s), Executive Vice President(s), and other senior level
brokers in completing complex office lease and sale transactions in the Los Angeles and New York City markets. She was responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships with national Fortune 500 companies, in addition to regional and locally based firms. She is involved with a number of professional associations: CREW-LA (Commercial Real Estate Women LA), Board of Directors for FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate), Board Member for USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association (USCAPAA), Network of Executive Women, Redondo Beach Police Foundation, Commercial Real Estate Diversity Coalition (CREDC), and she is the co-founder of the Asian Commercial Real Estate Network. Corina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters. She graduated from USC with
a degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate finance.

Born and raised in the Sampling Industry, I worked my first job in the field at age 13. Started working in the office after school/weekends at age 15, once I graduated high school, I began full time and by age 19 I was promoted to Regional Manager. Managing 5 states and up to 1,000 events/demos per week, I traveled across the US assisting with Store Grand Openings, recruiting and auditing. When my Mother’s company dissolved at age 23, my Mother and I started the company we are today, Social Sampling. At age 26 I started making payments to solely own the company. I became CEO and have since completely paid off all debts. Since becoming CEO & with help of my husband and phenomenal team, Social Sampling has grown in business by 400% and continues at a steady incline. Married in 2017 to my Husband, Brandon Verbeck, we had our first daughter, Violet, in 2019. I enjoy singing, the beach, swimming, camping, time with our many pets and our little girl.
