Learning Outcomes

As a result of participating in the Womxn’s Center for Success programs, students will be able to…. 

  • Discover identity as it intersects with gender, as evidenced by acknowledgment of how identity empowers experiences in the world. 
  • Identify systems of power, privilege, and oppression related to gender, as evidenced by the ability to fully articulate this dynamic.
  • Create meaningful community connections, as evidenced by engaging in deep and critical conversations and reflections. 
  • Implement holistic practices that center physical, emotional, spiritual, and community well-being, as evidenced by participants utilizing and reflecting on the learned well-being practice. 
  • Apply personal and professional skills, as evidenced by utilizing new skills for the first time.
  • Recognize individual and community successes, as evidenced by listing a recognized individual and their celebrated accomplishment.
