Starting in 2020, the Womxn’s Center of Success produced an annual report. This report is meant to summarize the services, programs, and support we provide to our community throughout the year. We aim to be transparent with our community in our distribution of this report every summer following the academic year.
2022-2023
Annual Report Highlights
- Serviced over 4,000 visitor and attendees at the Womxn’s Center for Success space and events
- 100 people in attendance at the 10th year celebration of UCI’s Dynamic Womxn Awards
- Celebrated 33 graduates at the annual Sad Girls Graduation Celebration
2021 – 2022
Annual Report Highlights
- Hosted first Womxn’s Entreprenuership Day event in Fall with campus collaborators.
- Hosted first In-Person Sad Grad Graduation Celebration.
- Had over 70 participants at the annual EmpowerHER Summit.
2020 – 2021
Annual Report Highlights
- Transformed volunteer opportunities in the We Rise Ambassador program with six participants.
- Created a online community for peer to peer support in normalizing emotions called Sad Girls Club at UCI
- Taught the first Womxn’s Leadership Seminar class in Spring 2021 via zoom.
2018 – 2019
Annual Report Highlights
- Held free self-defense and zumba classes for students.
- Hosted the first Womxn’s Leadership Summit with two keynote speakers.
- Collaborated with the Cross Cultural Center, the CARE office, Center for Black Cultures, Resources, and Research, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Resource Center, and Greek Life.
